How much do you love your bread?

Bread, one of my main meal components, cannot give up, love to see his art and love of course his taste and fresh as much as possible.

So when we were kids, things were more simple, black bread \ white or baguette and hala the weekend.

Today the situation is a little different, or more correctly bread baking took the profession and added a decorative shade, colors, shapes, textures and more without significant became part of the selection process we want to buy it.

Baker's today has to be very creative with this line of thought dominates the entire kitchen, if ever I let him know it was important to work with flour \ bulges, etc., today it is required to know the combinations of suitable raw materials in the dough.

Rye 70% to 100%, beet bread, tomato bread \ onion \ raisins and more....

Today's Baker certainly creative and manages to irritate us with very interesting additives for bread.

But like I said, baking this is a beautiful psalms those who like bread (usually)
